Why Web Design...
As a child, I spent many happy hours dreaming…
…of winning important space battles as I drew pictures of my favorite battleships. I still remember my third grade teacher interrupting one of these important childhood design sessions with the question “What are you doing, Eric?” …to which I proudly replied “I’m drawing the Star Blazers battleship! And my ship is crushing the competition because I have the power of the motion wave cannon!”
My passion for winning battles merged with my love of art as I grew older, and over the years I have developed a deep appreciation for how great art and design keep the world turning. Without a doubt, the way things are presented has a big impact on how and what we buy. Everywhere you look, someone is trying to sell us something. Whether it’s the latest clothing styles, the newest mobile phone, or design and marketing possibilities for your business, every choice we make effects how quickly and how successfully new customers are found.
I had an epiphany at the age of 25 years old that led me in search of a new professional career choice which aligned with my inner values. It was during that time in my life that I found myself working as an Assistant Manager at a restaurant chain called Chevy’s. One fateful day on the job I found myself undergoing testing on recipes and ingredients. As the trainer sitting across from me quizzed me on why I didn’t know how many tomatoes went into the Pico de Gallo, I wanted to fire back “I could really care less,” but I didn’t. Instead, I apologize for not knowing and stated I’d study harder next time. It was at this moment I realized I needed to seriously consider a new career path.

Why do I share the details of my story with you?
Because if you are at all like me, with an entrepreneurial mind, you likely understand what this moment is like. Nearly every business owner I have ever spoken with can recall a moment where life circumstances presented an opportunity – or inspiration – to merge personal passion with a greater professional purpose.
Within a week of the Chevy’s training epiphany, I had enrolled at an accelerated learning school known as Master’s Institute of Technology, where I aggressively absorbed the fundamentals of Multimedia & Design. Since that time, I have had the pleasure of working with numerous companies, helping businesses create BUYING PLATFORMS built to expand their selling abilities, while implementing the design of streamlined, realistic ways for them to more effectively target their niche markets.
Since 2001, I have built a clientele that provides me the ability to own and operate a business doing what I love: helping small to medium-sized businesses build their market share in the twenty-first century. How do we make this happen? By embracing the tools and technology of the times. In the last couple decades the business world has changed immensely. With every big company that comes online, and the continued growth in social media use by people of all ages, there is both great opportunity, and increased competition. If your business is not being properly promoted, few people will ever know you exist.
